SPRING CLEANING TIME -- FOR YOUR BODY!
It's beginning to feel more like spring will finally be here soon -- the tulips and daffodils which my son and I planted last fall are starting to pop up and the snow is starting to disappear. Easter is only weeks away and the days are getting warmer. Daylight Savings Time will begin this coming weekend and the days already seem longer. It's such a hopeful time of year!
